An administration that insists on going forward without having a real political majority, contrary to the laws and invitations to government officials.
The President of the City Council, regardless of the formal notice of the Prefect and for mere political expediency, convened third city council, after the two went deserts, without taking the Conference of Group Leaders. This is to save at the last Administration.

So I wonder: what is the message given to ebolitani? The second one which is useless to respect the laws of the state or the notifications that the institutions forward, because for the first institutions themselves do not respect?
