WHEREAS in May 2009, the Association EboliDiva required for the activities of a socio-cultural, with its action on the territory, mainly in Pescara district, a local to the town of Eboli, with registered notes;

that this request was not processed;

that the principles of legality, good performance and dedll 'impartial' Administrative activities are defined in Article 97 of the Italian Constitution;

INTERROGATE

TO KNOW if the Administration intends to make known criteria of the allocation of local associations, if there is a regulation for such assignments, and if those choices are respected;

time before the administration intends to reply in writing to the application submitted by the association and how EboliDiva outcome motivated, under current legislation, without giving rise to partial or discriminatory conduct.
