The resignation of the President of Eboli Multiservice spa, Cosimo Naponiello, to whom I extend my personal thanks for their work and commitment, highlights once again the inconsistency, the inaction and neglect of the Administration also Melchionda.
For months I have urged the Administration to clarify the real intentions towards the company and its workers. The impression is that you want to take the company to "go out like a candle."
The Administration has never demonstrated an ability to address serious political, but has faced problems with the logic of "pulling a living."
Even the choice of becoming the sole shareholder, has led to the establishment of immediate consequential acts. It took months just for an adjustment of status! Sign
of indifference or worse than negligence.
In recent months a working group of the majority of Councillors had drawn up a time trial program of things to do by the administration, with specifications and regulations to be adopted, which was not prepared anyone. The President
Naponiello in recent months had set up a business plan, but the Administration did not respond to the tasks they deserve. It was preferred to outsource some services, rather than passing them to the company, with the same qualitative result. (See cemetery!)
Perhaps during an election year it is convenient to work outside rather than to a company Ente?
And what are the conditions that ensure the survival of the company if you do not give the services provided?
With the approval of the new Regulations, the Directors considered it appropriate to reduce the services that the company could carry, a sign of intention to reduce its potential.
He made another choice, which I opposed,: in the case of the resignation of one member of the Board of Directors decade. And this is one way to solve political problems and management?
and the ability to replace the Board of Directors, is it not a single administrator the solution to satisfy someone who "kicks", rather than protecting society?
And in recent months, we are sure that the President and the Board have been enabled to work calmly?
It was, however, support the CDA politically, support it through all possible services and of course check that the services are performed with a level of quality that meets the needs of citizens. But to do this was to be put in a position the company to work with tools and resources. And these resources have not been foreseen in the 2009 budget, so the decision to "pull a living" is obvious. Yet in the resolution of the Central Committee of 19 December 2007 was anticipated to be necessary to provide adequate fund balance for the company ..
But it is clear that this Administration, which does not respect any rules, does not take into account the guidelines of the City Council (see Plan taffic!).
Come to City Council the Mayor Melchionda to explain what the company wants to do, seriously, before making unnecessary political appointments, because it defines the future of the company and employees!
And please, that the Administration should not make the usual litany, the blame lies with those first, because at 6 years of this administration in society has managed 4!
