CIRCUMSTANCES
that in via Richard Romano on the side of the street 8c, there is a private property where there is a large fenced area and wilderness;
that space full for months, weeds and untreated, as repeatedly reported to the relevant departments by the citizens, but also by myself a few weeks ago, and already the subject of questions in the past, due to the continuous growth of weeds without any intervention by the owner of the business and no sanction by the entity;
that residents complain about the persistence, nell'incuria of the landowner, these weeds due to the presence of rats and insects;
it is necessary to enforce the order union on the necessary cleaning of the weeds of private spaces
that is necessary to avoid that in these areas can find shelter stray animals or dangerous to health;
QUESTIONS FOR KNOW
if the administration intends to take action immediately, the owner for a serious cleaning their own areas;
if the Administration intends to act in detriment to 'default;
